House of Commons Parliamentary Papers Online is transitioning to the ProQuest search platform

“House of Commons Parliamentary Papers Online” will be hosted exclusively on the ProQuest platform starting March 2016. It is currently hosted on the Chadwyck-Healey platform.

UC campuses currently subscribe to the 19th Century (1801-1900) Parliamentary Papers database within the House of Commons resource (http://uclibs.org/PID/113651). Campuses also currently have complementary access to Hansard (1803-2005), the Official Report of Debates in Parliament. Some campuses may have local subscriptions to other House of Commons databases.

Overlap access is currently available and a link to the new platform is available from the current site. Content from the current package is available on the new platform – additional content and personalized functionality will be added to the new platform between now and March.
