Alexander Street Press Debuts New Interface for Selected Resources

alexThe Alexander Street platform will be debuting a new interface on Friday August 14.   From the vendor’s announcement, the new interface includes:

  • More intuitive search, browse, video, and audio pages to help patrons find content faster
  • Easily accessible instructional videos to get patrons up and running and increase usage
  • More prominent related items to provide additional, relevant content to patrons
  • Alternative screen layouts to improve the viewing experience

These changes only affect those ASP resources currently hosted on the new search.alexanderstreet.com platform. The URL and access points will not change. For Tier 1 and Tier 2 licensed resources, that includes Theatre in Video and the Music Online: Listening package (American Song [North America], Classical Music Library, Smithsonian Global Sound).
