UC Davis releases university web archives

UC Davis’s web archive of over 300 sites from the ucdavis.edu domain is now available for public access.  This is a project of the UCD University Archives (started in 2011) to capture the websites of the University’s administration, schools and colleges, academic departments, administrative units, organized research units, intercollegiate athletics, and student organizations.

You can explore UCD sites from 2011 including the four colleges — Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Biological Sciences, Engineering, and Letters and Science — and also the six professional schools — Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing, Education, Law, Management, Medicine, and Veterinary Medicine.

You can view student government sites, sites for most of the over 100 departments, and administration sites which include past university reports and news.
