The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) has published a special issue of Research Library Issues (RLI) on strategies now being deployed to increase the amount of content that is open and available to the research library community, and by extension, the larger world.  The issue contains an article by Ivy Anderson, CDL Director of Collections, on behalf of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Author-Rights Language in Library Content Licenses, Model Language for Author Rights in Library Content Licenses.
