Highlights on Other Activities

  • Iter : gateway to the Middle Ages & Renaissance will be removed from the NZ. This collection in the NZ has caused some confusion as it is a platform with various subscription products on it. CDL manages one product here, Iter Italicum, which already has a separate collection in the NZ. Another product, Iter Bibliography, recently moved to Ebsco in the past year. Campuses may have additional products at this platform, and may add it to IZs if desired.
  • The collection Bloomsbury Open Collections: African Studies and International Development (Backlist) was removed from the NZ. These books were temporary access for the 2024 calendar year, and access has ended. This was tied to previous support for open access publishing with Bloomsbury.
  • Marcus Jun is the new Head of SCP and began on Feb. 10. See https://cdlib.org/cdlinfo/2025/02/10/welcome-marcus-jun/

Report an Alma/Primo VE problem: This page outlines how and when campuses should report access issues to CDL. This page can be found under CDL’s Report a Problem page under “Report a SILS (Alma or Primo VE) Problem”.
