Shared Collections Service Manager
As a member of the Licensed Content Group within the California Digital Library’s Shared Collections program, the Shared Collections Service Manager organizes CDL’s support for shared collections by engaging with relevant UC-wide committees; negotiating with vendors; developing timelines, project plans, and documentation to enable efficient review and decision-making by stakeholders; communicating and reporting on purchases, renewals, and related collections shifts; and interfacing as needed with acquisitions, cataloging, and eresource teams within the CDL Shared Collections program, to enable efficient operationalizing of review decisions, purchases, payments, and renewals. The Shared Collections Service Manager reports to CDL’s Assistant Director of Systemwide Licensing and Collection Services.
Applicants who wish to work onsite in the UC Office of the President downtown Oakland offices, hybrid, or remotely from within the state of California will be considered.
