Colin Thompson joins CDL I&AS

Infrastructure & Application Support is pleased to welcome Colin Thompson as our newest member. Colin joins Joe Somontan and Martin Haye on the team that builds and maintains our technology infrastructure.

Colin has strong ties with UC. He received a BS in Computer Science from UCSB, worked for UCSB IT for 5 years, worked for UCOP IT for 5 years and, most recently, worked for IT at UC Merced. He has extensive experience working in UNIX and AWS environments, and brings a depth of technical knowledge to the team.

His first day is July 1st. Welcome, Colin!
