Congratulations to Alana Miller

Alana Miller, who has been CDL’s wonderful UX content strategist since 2015, has accepted a new position with Kaiser Permanente’s Digital Experience Center. Her last day at CDL will be January 21, 2020.

Alana has been a key force in taking charge of the content management for the CDL website and training staff as we embarked on a new content management system. She has been instrumental on various projects, such as the Support Your Data website project, Licensed Resources Redesign project, UC Copyright website, UC Libraries website, WEST 2019 assessment, and many many more!

We will miss her fantastic blend of good humor, collaboration, and excellent planning and organizational skills. But know her new colleagues will be all the richer for it.
