CDL Staff in Print – Stephanie Simms in Nature article on Data Management

Congratulations to CDL’s Stephanie Simms (Research Data Specialist and DMPTool Service Manager) who was quoted extensively in “Data management made simple: Keeping your research data freely available is crucial for open science – and your funding could depend on it,” an article by Quirin Schiermeier just published online in Nature [555, 403-405 (2018)].

In addition to Stephanie’s comments on data-management plans, the article also highlights the work being done by CDL’s University of California Curation Center (UC3), such as the recent launch of DMPTool, version 3. See New DMPTool Launched! for details.

Congratulations Stephanie and UC3.
