The agreement includes 16 new collections and replaces the previous licensing of individual subject collections – BiomedicalSCIENCEnetBASE, ENVIROnetBASE, MATHnetBASE and STATSnetBASE which all ten campuses licensed and local acquisitions of the AGRICULTURE, FOOD, FORENSICS, HEALTHCARE, NUTRITION, PHYSICS, VET and WATERnetBASEs.

The systemwide upgrade also incorporates the ENGnetBASE evidence-based selection (EBS) pilot that has been managed by the physical sciences and engineering group during the last four years.

The upgrade includes unlimited simultaneous access and perpetual rights to the full 2017 collection of approximately 1,146 books expected to be published annually, primarily in STEM areas.  The STMnetBASE license does not include CHEMnetBASE which is a separate systemwide agreement.

Deanna Johnson (UCD) is the CRCnetBASE Resource Liaison.
