For SCP local holding process: OCLC is in the process of transitioning their batchloading services to WorldShare Collection Manager.  As a result, local holdings records (LHR) additions and updates to SCP serials in WorldCat Local may be suspended or slow for the next several weeks.  Hopefully any disruption won’t be of long duration.
