Recent Enhancements, News, and Activities

  • Trisha Cruse, UC3 Director, has retired from CDL after 20 years of service in UC including her previous position at UCSD. Trisha was the original director of the Digital Preservation Program and UC3, and she oversaw the development of our services, including the Digital Preservation Service (DPR) and its successor, Merritt. More information on her career can be found here:
http://cdlib.org/2015/01/12/patricia-cruse-cdl. We wish her the best!
  • We are making an extra copy of all the Merritt content stored in the UCOP data center before we start replicating the data from SDSC to UCLA. We need to repurpose the storage in the UCOP Data Center for other services, but want to have a copy of the Merritt content while we verify that everything was migrated. All of our tests so far indicate that everything was moved successfully.
