WEST Program Assessment: survey results released

In Spring 2014, WEST conducted a program assessment of its first three years. The assessment included a survey of all WEST members to collect valuable feedback about member views and priorities for the existing program. Many WEST members participated in the survey – an impressive 96 responses were received representing 60% of WEST’s institutions! Thank you for your participation! The full results of the member survey are posted to the WEST website. The assessment will inform strategic planning for the future of WEST.

Additional components of the program assessment included a comparison of WEST member fees to other trusted services and a study of WEST archive disclosures in OCLC and PAPR. A report with these findings can be found on the WEST wiki [members only].
