Fixity micro-service draft specification available

We’re at a point in Merritt development where we are creating more user-facing services, and we will be seeking public response on a more regular basis. We are now working on the fixity micro-service, and have a draft specification available for review. We’d like your feedback on the draft specification, and we have set up a couple of ways for you to provide it.

First, we have the draft specification available for review on our wiki:
