a. Springer LINK Books/Book Series

The recently signed Springer LINK journals contract was expanded to include the LINK Books/Book Series.  The full list of Springer LINK Books/Book Series is available at http://link.springer-ny.com/ol/bookser.htm.  To access the full content, click on the selected title, and then click “contents.” The following Books/Book Series have been licensed by the CDL:

  • Advances in Polymer Science
  • Landolt B•rnstein New Series
  • Lecture Notes in Computer Science
  • Lecture Notes in Control and Information Sciences
  • Lecture Notes in Physics
  • Progress in Colloid and Polymer Science
  • Prokaryotes
  • Springer Tracts in Modern Physics
  • Topics in Applied Physics
  • Topics in Current Chemistry

In addition to the licensed Books/Book Series listed above, the CDL has full text access to new titles added to Springer LINK during 2001. For access beyond 2001, the titles need to be added to the contract.  Titles not included in the current license, but for which we have full text access during 2001, are:

  • Advances in Biochemical Engineering/Biotechnology
  • Advances in Solid State Physics
  • Handbook of Environmental Chemistry
  • Multimediales Lernen in der medizinischen Ausbildung
  • Molecular Sieves
  • Structure and Bonding

The Shared Catalogers are working on providing records for all licensed Books and Book Series.
