CDL Welcomes Rosalie Lack
Rosalie Lack joins the CDL on June 21 as an Evaluation and Instruction Analyst to John Ober, Assistant Director, Education and Communications. Rosalie is a graduate of UCB’s SIMS department, where her research was in user service issues for digital libraries. She is co-author, with Howard Besser of UCB, of a Mellon-funded analysis on the cost of digital image repositories.
Working with John, Rosalie will design evaluation and feedback materials, participant selection processes, and logistics for an ongoing evaluation program. She will moderate focus group sessions and gather and analyze data for system development priorities, promotion, and outreach needs. In addition, Rosalie will analyze the educational component of online user services and collaborate with programmers, campus library public service staff, and senior CDL staff to prepare education strategies and materials.
Welcome Rosalie!
