Shared Collections Survey Results, Selection Criteria, and Summary

The Shared Collections site on the CDL Directory (www.cdlib.org/libstaff/sharedcoll) contains information, documents, and links related to CDL shared collections and the various committees working on shared collections for the University of California.

New additions include the Joint Steering Committee’s “Criteria for Priority Selections” (now available), and a “Summary of Survey Results for Commercial Files with Multiple Mention” (to be available by March 5, 1999) which will indicate the Steering Committee’s selection priorities.  A previously unavailable survey for Anthropology will also be added.

Readers are reminded that this site, meant primarily for UC librarians, also contains information about the STIC initiative, the new Government Information initiative, and the International Consortium of Library Consortia, of which CDL is a member.
