WEST Consulting Services Pilot Update and Timeline Extension

In June of this year, we announced that WEST was engaging in a consulting services pilot aimed at offering support to WEST member institutions currently undergoing, or planning, a deselection project. The original timeline for this pilot was one year from the date of the announcement, June 2026 through May 2027. However, the pilot will take a short pause from January 2027 through mid-April 2027, so the WEST Operations and Collections Council has decided to extend the overall timeline through the end of 2027. 

There are still 3 open spots for participation in this pilot, so if your institution is planning a deselection project for this coming calendar year, consider signing up now! Participation is first come, first served so if we receive more than 6 total sign-ups for this pilot phase we will keep track of additional participants for future iterations of the pilot.
