CDL welcomes Deirdre Stretton!

The California Digital Library’s Discovery and Delivery program team is thrilled to welcome Deirdre Stretton as the new Senior Product Manager for Metadata Services. She will be joining the team as the product manager for Zephir and will be a key collaborator with our HathiTrust partners. Deirdre will also be the product manager for TACT and JOLT.

Deirdre brings with her an impressive history working as a product owner and analyst in the ILS space. Her most role was with Tind in Product Experience. She also has experience working at Innovative Interfaces (III) in various roles. Deirdre is a librarian with extensive experience in user experience, customer service, and product management. 

Deirdre holds an MLIS from San Jose State University, a B.A. in Art & Design from the University of Chicago, and is a certified Scrum Product Owner.

Outside of work, Deirdre enjoys Irish step dancing. She is also interested in art and learning to play the accordion.
