- The Shared Print Metadata Guidelines (SPMG) working group hosted a public webinar on November 7 to formally introduce the draft terminology as well as plans for approving it across the shared print community.

- SPMG will be hosting additional meetings in the new year to discuss the contents of the draft more deeply. These are conceived of as more informal drop-in sessions, but meetings also include brief presentations delving into different pieces of the draft terminology.

PAN Winter Forum
- The Print Archive Network (PAN) Forum is a free and open venue for information sharing about shared print programs. All those with an interest in shared print are welcome to attend and participate. PAN Midwinter 2024 will be held online, and will include updates on the Rosemont/Partnership merger, the Big Ten Collective Collection, and from members of the European Print Initiatives Collaboration (EPICo), as well as presentations on analyzing collective collections and a brief discussion of a project using ChatGPT for data standardization.

- The International Coalition of Library Consortia (ICOLC) will be holding its 2024 North America meeting in Anaheim, CA, bringing together representatives from participating consortia across the country.
