Welcome, Charlotte Roh!

We are thrilled to announce that Charlotte Roh has recently joined us as the Publishing, Archives, and Digitization group’s newest Publications Manager! Charlotte will be working closely with our existing Publications Manager (Rachel Lee) to support the success of eScholarship Publishing’s ever growing collection of open access journals, (91 and counting, as of today) as well as our diverse collection of non-journal publications.

Charlotte joins us from Cal State San Marcos, where she served as a Reference and Instruction Librarian. Previous to that position, Charlotte served as Scholarly Communications Librarian at the University of San Francisco, and has a great deal of experience in both library and traditional publishing spaces. Charlotte is also a prolific published writer and commentator herself, focusing on the intersection of scholarly communications and social justice, and is very active in the professional community, serving as a board member for the Society of Scholarly Publishing, Community Manager for We Here, and a member of the Library Publishing Coalition’s Ethical Framework Task Force.
