CDL Job Opening: Information Services Analyst
The California Digital Library (CDL) Information Services Team is recruiting! The ideal candidate for our Information Services Analyst position possesses a passion for researching and solving problems, a commitment to excellence in customer service, a desire to provide assistance to users of digital library services, and a skill for tracking issues to resolution. A primary responsibility of the position is serving on the CDL Helpdesk, triaging and troubleshooting problems with CDL services and UC-licensed and open access resources. The Information Services Analyst provides support to the CDL program teams responsible for the development and ongoing management of UC Libraries’ digital library collections and services, and importantly, to the users of those services. The primary user base of CDL programs and services include UC faculty, students and library staff.
The California Digital Library is a unit within the University of California Office of the President, has a staff of 70+ and is located in downtown Oakland. Applicants from outside the Bay Area who wish to work remotely will be considered.
