Judy Dobry Joins D2D

At the beginning of September, Judy joined CDL’s Discovery to Delivery (D2D) team as Tech Manager.  In Judy’s own words:

Judy Dobry comes to CDL from Berkeley’s Graduate Division where she was IT Director.  At Berkeley, Judy and her team got to throw around a lot of buzz words – Java, Spring, Angular, J2EE – and even got to make up some for the systems they developed – Jazzee (graduate admissions), Tango (credential intake and review) and GLOW (graduate Web portal).   Judy worked to create BAUG (Berkeley Agile Users Group) and is active with the Bay Area’s Agile community.  Before working at Berkeley, Judy worked on the third floor of our building as the architect for the undergraduate admissions system.

Judy lives in the Richmond district in San Francisco where she enjoys hiking in Golden Gate Park and the Presidio; trying out all the restaurants; checking out the art museums; and, best of all, being within easy walking distance of two public libraries. 

We will definitely have a chance to broaden Judy’s restaurant experiences. After all, a little Oakland/San Francisco competition is a good thing.  Welcome, Judy.
