DMPTool Service Update: November 2015
Recent Enhancements, News, and Activities
- Seeking usage stats? Just a reminder that institutional administrators can get basic usage statistics via the DMPTool API (instructions here). We continue to receive requests for more robust reporting—this is at the top of the list for future enhancements. Let us know what additional usage info would be helpful (e.g., a list of funders [templates] used to create DMPs at your institution) by adding it to the GitHub issue tracker.
- Tackling the backlog. We’ve secured developer resources to begin working through the backlog of bug fixes in Jan (documented in the GitHub issue tracker). Once these are handled, we’re hoping to tackle some of the high priority enhancement requests. Stay tuned for a roadmap.
- Template inventory. A new public template for the US Department of Transportation (DOT) will be available in the new year. If you’re experiencing demand for other new templates, let us know and we’ll move it to the front of the queue.
