Strategic Planning for WEST beyond 2016; Achieving Sustainability

The WEST Executive Committee and Operations and Collections Council convened in person in Oakland, CA on June 3rd to initiate a strategic planning process to achieve sustainability by 2016, when WEST becomes a fully member-supported program. The committees carefully reviewed WEST member feedback from the program assessment to identify core values and opportunities for change.

WEST’s governance groups developed some initial recommendations for change which will be further developed in 2014 and confirmed by members later in the Fall.
