Highlights from April’s HathiTrust Update:

  • HathiTrust is seeking nominations for the User Support Working Group. The group is looking to add up to two new members who have expertise in providing general user support with expertise in cataloging in particular.   • Harriet Green with the HathiTrust Research Center (HTRC) introduced the HTRC Portal (for basic text mining investigations) in the HTRC 101 Web tutorial she delivered at THATCamp in Gainsville, FL.
  • The University of California Libraries added 17,646 new volumes in April for a total of 3,494,244.
