HathiTrust March 2012 Update – New Board of Governors, CDL Zephir testing and more

In March, the new members of HathiTrust’s Board of Governors were announced; working group and committee reports are included.

The California Digital Library achieved a milestone in March, loading all bibliographic records submitted by HathiTrust contributing institutions into the Zephir metadata management system production environment. The goals of this dry run load were to test the functionality of Zephir, the production infrastructure, and to compare the production loading time with a previous load on a development server.
