Early English Books Online [EEBO] (via ProQuest)
The Early English Books Online (EEBO) database is now available via the ProQuest platform. Access to Chadwyck-Healey’s version of this database will end on September 15, 2019.
There will be an overlap period beginning immediately and continuing through September 15, 2019. Beginning on Monday, September 16, 2019, ProQuest will be the sole source for UC’s subscription to Early English Books Online.
Important items of note:
- Once new site is live (August 22), any new content will only be added to the new platform.
- Individual cataloging records may point to the old platform until SCP’s updates to the individual records are complete.
- Early Modern Books provides an integrated search experience across both Early English Books Online and Early European Books (if licensed) for the period 1450 to 1700.
