Responsibilities

Esther is a senior developer for the PAD team. She works on a variety of projects in the publishing and archives areas of these group including: Janeway, OAC, NAFAN and the eScholarship API.

MLIS, Masters of Library and Information Science, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Background

Prior to joining the CDL in 2021 Esther worked at the University of Illinois at Chicago Library, Skokie Public Library and Northwestern University. At UIC she was the lead developer for Explore Chicago Collections. Esther still lives in Chicago with her family where she enjoys biking, dancing and (these days) thinking about learning new languages.
